Talk to your church members and offer a few samples of juice to them. if it’s possible, make use of the church bulletin board. Put out a nicely written ad listing out the types of juices you produce and how orders can be made. You can also offer a couple of bottles to the children’s ministry (Sunday school), before long you will have people calling you to place orders for their kids.

Sponsoring events in your church and workplace can also showcase your juice and drive in sales. Don’t overdo this. Make sure to make two batches of juice. One batch for free and the other batch to sell, should anybody want more juice to drink or take away.

Good customer service is a great way to market your fresh juice business. Customers talk, they talk to other customers. Get referrals from customers by ensuring that your customer service is on point. How do you provide good customer service? Below are a few examples:

  • Always be polite to your customers, on the phone or in person. Smile and always say please and thank you.
  • Make sure to explain to customers the best way to store their juice. A dissatisfied customer never comes back and is likely to take a couple of your other customers away with them.
  • If you are delivering juice, always make sure to be on time. In the instance where you are likely to be late, call in ahead of time to apologize.
